Assembly and Production Operator (m/f/d)

Flexible Working Schedules

We offer you the opportunity to choose between different working schedule models. Depending on the area of assignment and individual agreement, the following options are available:

5/2 working schedule: Five consecutive working days followed by two consecutive days off.
10/5 working schedule: Ten consecutive working days followed by five consecutive days off.

Together, we will find the working schedule that best suits your personal and professional circumstances. In particular, the 10/5 model offers attractive opportunities for longer periods of time off and trips home, especially for employees who commute longer distances.

Your Responsibilities:

Depending on your qualifications and area of assignment, you will take on various tasks in our production and assembly departments:

Operating, setting up and monitoring production machines and technical equipment
Assembling and wiring mechanical and electrical components and machinery
Working according to technical drawings, assembly plans and other technical documentation
Carrying out quality inspections and functional tests
Identifying and resolving malfunctions while ensuring smooth production processes
Contributing to the optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes

Your Profile:

Completed technical vocational training, for example as an Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Mechanic or in a comparable field, is an advantage
Ideally, previous work experience in production, machine operation, assembly or mechanical engineering
Production assistants and career changers with a technical interest and practical skills are also welcome
Good technical understanding and a careful approach to work
Reliability, teamwork skills and a willingness to contribute
Motivation and willingness to learn new tasks and responsibilities
