Electronic Engineering Team Lead (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Technical and managerial leadership of a team in the field of electronic engineering
Coordinating electronics projects with management and customers
Implementing customer specifications as a team
Leading team meetings
Capacity planning and schedule tracking for new developments
Selecting purchased parts and working closely with the purchasing department
Supporting service and sales
Working closely with the mechanical design and software development departments
Maintaining the competency matrix and initiating necessary training measures

Your profile:

Successfully completed vocational training as a technician or master technician (m/f/d) or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field
Knowledge of modern automation technology, particularly in working with fieldbus systems and applicable standards
Proficiency in EPLAN P8
Solid knowledge of SAP
Good written and spoken English skills
Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external contacts
Willingness to travel for work, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to thinking and working
Experience in technical and/or disciplinary personnel management
High level of initiative and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
