Team Leader Quality & Work Preparation (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Lead and develop the team for quality control and work preparation
Coordinate tasks, priorities and production readiness
Review production orders, artwork, specifications and materials before release
Ensure quality standards, compliance and accurate documentation
Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement
Ensure clear handover of jobs to production
Coordinate with production planning and implement shop-floor improvements such as 5S
Prepare work plans and parts lists in SAP
Support audits

Your profile:

Vocational qualification or degree in printing, quality, production or a related field
3–5 years of relevant production experience
2+ years of team leadership experience
Knowledge of quality management and work preparation
SAP and Microsoft Office skills
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Structured, solution-oriented and detail-focused approach
Willingness to travel approximately 5%
