Process Engineer (m/f/d) New Energy

Your tasks:

Development and optimization of innovative processes for special-purpose machinery in the wide field of New Energy and advanced manufacturing
Development and evaluation of manufacturing and testing processes, including quality assessment and preparation of test reports
Design and setup of test systems, execution of sample testing and customer evaluations
Analysis and characterization of materials and components, including assessment of their service life, reliability and quality in accordance with applicable international standards
Commissioning of inspection, printing, marking and laser systems and evaluation of their performance and quality characteristics
Development of concepts for innovative machine solutions and definition of the corresponding technical requirements and specifications
Development and documentation of process descriptions for technology transfer projects, as well as preparation of presentations and training materials for on-site customer training
Close collaboration with internal teams, customers and technology partners to drive innovative solutions for future-oriented e-mobility applications

Your profile:

University degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification
Solid knowledge of process engineering, manufacturing technologies and quality management
Good understanding of the physical principles underlying inspection, printing, marking and laser technologies
Interest in innovative manufacturing technologies and applications in the field of New Energy
Very good written and spoken English skills
Confident, customer-oriented manner combined with strong communication skills
High level of motivation and resilience, strong team spirit and an analytical, systematic and innovative approach to problem-solving
