Senior Software Developer - PKI (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Technical design and development of PKI components and services
Translation of security and business requirements into technical solutions
Architectural decisionmaking and documentation
Further development and improvement of existing PKI solutions
Provision of technical leadership and mentoring of software developers
Code, architecture, and security reviews
Analysis of complex certificate, cryptography, and production issues
Close collaboration with security, infrastructure, DevOps and application teams
Support in shaping the PKI architecture, certificate policy, and lifecycle management
Ensuring security, availability, performance, and compliance requirements

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of experience of PKI and cryptographic systems
Very strong knowledge of Java, REST, SOAP, PKCS#11
Experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and secure key management
Knowledge of security architecture and secure software development
Experience with Git, CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
Excellent English skills
Willingness to travel internationally
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong decision-making capabilities
