Cybersecurity Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Implement, maintain, and optimize IBM Guardium and Oracle Vault to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access
Regularly monitor data access patterns and firewall logs to identify suspicious activities
Develop and enforce security policies while collaborating with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA
Investigate security incidents and work closely with IT teams to resolve vulnerabilities and mitigate risks
Integrate security solutions into other systems and collaborate with various IT departments to ensure a secure architecture
Create documentation for security configurations, incident reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Your Profile:

In-depth knowledge of IBM Guardium and Oracle Key Vault
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
Strong understanding of data security principles, including encryption, access control, and auditing
Experience with compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills to convey complex security concepts clearly and understandably
