Senior Development Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Conception and development of new generations of machines in collaboration with internal departments
Design of assemblies and systems for production and custom machines
Design and dimensioning of pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic drives and components
Conducting risk assessments in accordance with the Machinery Directive
Development and assembly of test setups
Planning, preparation, and execution of tests
Providing technical support during customer meetings and visits
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, such as operating instructions, pneumatic plans and technical documents

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical certification in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or a comparable field
At least 4 years of experience in design, ideally in the field of specialized machinery or automation
Experience in the development of mechatronic assemblies
Experience in working with 3D CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks
Knowledge of creating pneumatic diagrams and pneumatic circuits, ideally using EPLAN P8
Structured and independent way of working
Ability to work well in a team and strong sense of initiative
SAP knowledge would be ideal
