After Sales Service Specialist North Africa (m/f/d)
- Manage daily communication with customers across North Africa regarding after sales services
- Act as the interface between customers, Sales, Order Management and Engineering
- Prepare and support international tenders and feasibility assessments
- Create and process service and maintenance quotations, including commercial and technical clarification
- Create and manage spare parts quotations
- Support customers during on-site and virtual customer meetings
- Coordinate daily operational service activities
- Drive projects to optimize service processes and expand the service business
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and service performance
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification
- Alternatively, completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) with additional qualificatin as Business Economist and relevant professional experience
- Initial technical understanding and interest in technical products
- Experience in customer service, after sales or sales support
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Solution-oriented and proactive working style
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Very good German, French and English language skills, both written and spoken
