Your tasks:
- Creation, review, and management of purchase orders, repair orders, and complaint orders, as well as deliveries
- Creation of internal orders and processing of prices agreed upon with the sales team
- Review of incoming contracts regarding terms and conditions
- Handling of customer inquiries and delivery formalities
- Preparation and processing of customs formalities within the EU and in third countries
- Archiving of all required documents and correspondence with the customer
- Preparation of the customer’s invoice and all relevant shipping documents following delivery of spare parts, tools, and materials
- Review of all open orders for delays, tracking of reminders, and informing the customer of changes
