- Install, service, and maintain equipment to ensure stable production at customer sites.
- Conduct technical training for customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.
- Provide clear updates on machine condition and actions taken after each visit.
- Follow up on customer feedback and ensure issues are resolved.
- Communicate equipment status after any support provided (onsite or remote).
- Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.

- Experienced with semiconductor machinery (die sorter, pick & place, vision inspection, robotic handling).
- Able to work independently with strong troubleshooting and critical‑thinking skills.
- Proactive and creative in solving technical problems.
- Flexible to travel oversea such as United State (US) and stay on-site for long period.
- Willing to attend technical training with bond requirements.
