Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  2. Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  3. Ensure compliance with GAAP
  4. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes
  5. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
  6. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  7. Coordinate and support internal and external audits
  8. Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
  9. Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
  10. Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance
  11. Mentor and support junior accounting staff

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  3. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  5. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  6. High attention to detail and accuracy
