BID Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Analyze internal tenders and customer inquiries; assess feasibility with specialist departments
Develop bid strategies in cooperation with Business Development
Coordinate proposed solution architecture with product architects and engineering teams
Conceptualize and develop comprehensive solutions (technical, economic, legal, administrative)
Plan, control, and monitor the entire bidding process
Prepare project costing, target pricing, and risk assessments
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders during project development
Physically prepare and submit complete proposals on time

Your profile:

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or comparable technical/business education
Strong analytical, conceptual, and structured thinking
Experience in technical project and bid management
Business fluent English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic) desirable
Confident use of MS Office; experience with project management or ERP tools is a plus
Strong presentation and communication skills
Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings and field assignments
