Key responsibilities:
- Hands on assembly either on sub-assemblies, parts or machineries based on technical documentations provided at its best quality within the defined timeline
- Assembly of mechanical/electrical/machine subassemblies according to technical documents using proper assembly tools provided
- Perform quality check on own assembled machines/subassemblies as well as of colleagues to ensure highest quality standards maintained and improved
- Housekeeping of work area and assembly in general (parts/sub-assemblies/machines) arrangement, organizing work table, control and maintenance of chemical and tools cabinet
- Transportation of heavy modules/sub assemblies/machines from one location to another with the assistance of readily available transportation equipment. Transportation equipment include (but not limited to) trolley, palette jack & automatic stacker
- Handling and assembling of heavy modules/machines/equipment
- Handling of tooling machineries for the purpose of material rework. Machines includes (but not limited to) hand-drill, drilling machine, lathe machine, grinding machine and milling machine)
- Handling, assisting and developing new documents as part of continuous improvement plan for own self and the team
- Involve in Internal Acceptance Test (IAT) and/or Final Acceptance Test (FAT) when and if required
- Testing of machine/sub-assemblies using test equipment available. Test equipments include (but not limited to) force gauge, frequency meter, Almemo measuring tool, torque screwdrivers and granite table
