Field Service Software Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Software quality assurance before, during and after launching into production
Technical support to systems implemented in projects (Incape, Warehouse, UserManagement)
Provide training on the software use
Execute software tests
Identify, document and report errors or malfunctions in the software
Implementation of the developed software to production
Support for systems implemented in projects

Your Profile:

Professional Characteristic:

Graduate or University student at the 3rd year level of Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems
Good written and spoken English
Certifications related to the position
Knowledge of different operating systems and versions
General knowledge of databases and SQL language to validate the integrity of information and perform basic queries
Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Desirable: PowerShell, Bash, Bat, Python, Selenium, Ruby, Javascript)

Personal Characteristic:

Ability to analyze problems, identify causes, and propose solutions
Good technical writing skills and excellent spelling
team player
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Willingness to travel
Honesty, confidentiality, and responsibility
