Field Service Software Technician

Your tasks:

Software quality assurance before, during and after launching into production
Technical support to systems implemented in projects (Incape, Warehouse, UserManagement)
Provide training on the software use
Execute software tests
Identify, document and report errors or malfunctions in the software
Implementation of the developed software to production
Support for systems implemented in projects
Troubleshoot machine controls in RFID systems and assembly systems in the semiconductor industry.
Implement, maintain and/or troubleshoot software to control the production and processing of RFID smart labels and semiconductor components or in the machine.
Expand and optimize existing processes.
Support generating and carrying out test scenarios for software and hardware components.
Work interdisciplinary and internationally with research and development teams.

Your Profile:

Professional Characteristic:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Good knowledge of software development in C / C ++.
Good knowledge of the Windows operating system: Device Manager, Registry Editor, etc.
Networking skills
Good technical understanding of integrating multiple components between Software and Hardware
Willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestic when required.
Goal-oriented and practice-oriented approach.
Assertiveness and organizational talent and team spirit.

Personal Characteristic:

Ability to analyze problems, identify causes, and propose solutions
The ability to travel 6 weeks to Germany for training
The ability to travel to client locations (US, Canada or Mexico) anywhere from 1-2 weeks if troubleshooting remotely is not available.
Good technical writing skills and excellent spelling
Team player
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Willingness to travel
