HR Generalist
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and screening resumes to interviewing candidates
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company
- Addressing employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and employees, and resolving conflicts
- Administering employee benefits
- Processing payroll
- Managing the HRIS systems, maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy of HR data
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Assist in other duties as assigned
