Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Perform in-process and final quality inspections of documents
Monitor compliance with job specifications, Quality and completeness
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions
Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to supervisors
Enforce adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
Investigate root causes of defects or deviations and participate in corrective/preventive action planning (CAPA)
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes and reduce quality incidents
Provide input on quality training and help develop standard operating procedures
Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality requirements, particularly in secure document environments

Your profile:

Experience in quality assurance or quality control in a production environment
Vocational training in quality management, or a technical field
Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors in high-volume document production
Knowledge of document production and processes
Understanding of quality management systems and relevant industry standards
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP/QMS tools)
