Senior Software Engineer C# – Semiconductor Factory Automation (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

  • Specify and develop customer requirements for products in semiconductor equipment automation
  • Evaluate business requirements to create feedback and effort estimates
  • Collaborate with  Process Engineers and Software team to define requirements and then implement it
  • Developer testing and documentation of features developed
  • Provide 3rd level technical support to customers / Field Service Engineers

Your Profile:

  • Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any IT-related discipline 
  • 3+ Years of experience in software development, preferably in the semiconductor frontend/backend manufacturing, is desirable
  • Strong object-oriented development expertise with C#. within the .NET Framework
  • Good knowledge written and spoken Englisch
  • Experience in windows desktop application (Win forms / WPF,PRISM) development,WCF, as well as database knowledge (MS SQL Server) 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g., debugging or troubleshooting code and log files)
  • Proficiency in working with multi-threaded applications and multi-process distributed systems
  • Experience with data integration and XML
  • Experience working in Azure DevOps Server, GitHub, TFS, or any other version control systems
  • Experience working with SECS-GEM / 300mm Semi Standards (E5, E30,E37, E39, E40, E84, E87, E90, E94, E116, E142) 
  • Knowledge of EFEM automation with robots, Load ports, factory business logic, OPC UA, or manufacturing execution systems (MES) would be an asset
  • Experience and troubleshooting skills working with semiconductor equipment automation is an added advantage
  • Teamwork skills
