Software Team Coordinator (m/f/d)
- You coordinate the development activities of an international team
- You organize and moderate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- You provide technical support to team members and assist the development team in achieving team goals
- You analyze customer requirements in cooperation with the development team
- You develop and design software in the environment of MES / Industrie 4.0 solutions
- Your successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable field of study
- Your good knowledge of high-level language programming (e.g. Java / C#)
- Your creativity and inventiveness in developing new solutions
- Your experience with agile methods (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
- Your high social competence, communication skills and persuasiveness
- Your high demand on the quality of the work as well as the resulting solutions
