Head of Software Development (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Direct management and coordination of the local software department at the location in Roding for E-Mobility-Machinery
Software Architecture - integration of C++, PLC, MES, Robotic, AI/KI, e.g.
Controlling the economical and timely development of complex and high-quality software
Support of customer projects from acquisition to delivery
Close collaboration with other specialist departments
Development and design of new software functionalities in coordination with customers
Be available to our employees as a competent advisor

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable field of study
Good knowledge of high-level language programming (e.g. C++ / C#)
Creativity and inventiveness in developing new solutions
High social skills, communication skills and persuasiveness
Experience in leading cross-functional and international teams
High demands on the quality of the work and the solutions developed
Several years of practical experience in software development are an advantage
Good written and spoken English knowledge
