Service Assistance (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

  • Create and handle travel requests for local engineers
  • Prepare necessary documents needed for the local engineers like for visa processing, invitation letter, employment certificate, etc.
  • Responsible for hotel, rental car reservations for local engineers
  • Verification and creation of travel expenses of local engineers, as well as archiving of the documents
  • Creating the travel expenses in SAP for local engineers and forwarding to financial department, tax accountant for payment
  • Create and forward service reports in SAP to local engineers, as well booking of times manually when applicable
  • Prepare Shipping Documents - internal / external
  • Perform customs declarations and customs clearance of goods
  • Perform timely delivery of goods - internal / external
  • Preparation of acceptance reports for goods and services
  • Maintain the branch warehouse and consignment stocks, responsible for counting protocol for the yearly / monthly warehouse inventory
  • Tracking deadline and coordinating of spare parts and consumables
  • Coordination with accountant for preparation of necessary documents
  • Supporting other departments as per request, such as: finance , order handling , accounting, sales, legal , etc.
  • Support on administrative topics
  • Support Groupleader

You convince us with:

  • Degree in Finance, or Accounting
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of Georgian tax legislation
  • Knowledge and experience in Georgian customs clearance procedures
  • Knowledge of MS office suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of foreign languages such as English, Russian (both writing and speaking)
  • Experience in working with SAP would be an advantage
  • You have a class B driver's license
  • You are willing to work part-time. (approx. 20 hours)
