Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are expanding our HR Team. We are looking for dedicated, motivated and creative individuals to proudly represent our Mühlbauer company as HR Senior Recruiter. We are fast-growing international company with many new projects all around the world. Our business grows fast and due to that we have the pleasure to hire approximately 100-200 new employees per year and give them the opportunity to become part of our team.
What would you do as HR Senior Recruiter?

-You would recruit new employees for production and future technologies
- You would search candidates in several sources in Slovakia and as well internationally
- You would make job offers for specified position
- You would cooperate with managers, HR, payroll department and other stakeholders
- You would work with SAP system
- You would look for new ways of recruitment
- You will work closely with all of the divisions locally and internationally
- You would schedule different types of interviews
- You would report to management
- You would communicate with recruitment agencies
- You will review and pre-screen candidates, phone screening of English language and other skills
- You will attend company events, also any other job-related events such as Profesia Days, Job Expo..

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Office - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Your experience in recruitment at least 2-3 years
- Advanced knowledge of the English language (at least B2)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
-You should be skilled in hiring processes
-You should have knowledge of the Slovak Labor Code
-Experience in an international environment is a big advantage
-Strategical and analytical thinking, ability of multitasking
-Full understanding of all HR functions and best practice
-Very good communication skills
- Your university degree - not a must
- You have to be resistant to stress
