Head of Machine Software (m/f/d)
- You are responsible for managing department
- You define annual goals and new innovations
- You are inspecting projects and participating on project management
- You do capacity planning
- You are responsible for head count, inspecting projects and deadlines
- You coordinate team-leaders
- You are responsible for reporting to management
- Goal oriented, initiative and responsible
- Team spirit, willingness to travel
- English language on communicative level (spoken, written)
- Ability to speak & understand developers
