Employee for R&D Process Engineer
- You develope new/improved production equipment and machinery
- You coordinate and your liasing integration of new equipment and products
- You improve manufacturing and production methods
- You prepare evaluation and feasibility studies based on internal and external customer requirements
- You optimize machine process
- You provide suggestions during incident investigations and advise on corrective actions
- You conduct professional training to internal and external customer
- Your strong background in manufacturing / semiconductor industry
- Your experience in engineering / quality tools, like QFD, Q mapping, FMEA, statistics analysis (DOE, SPC etc), good technical knowledge and trouble shooting skills
- Your good command of MS Office
- Your possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Your assertiveness, distinct organizing skills, professional team spirit
