Process specialist in Production (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

Your main task is the transfer of new projects into production. This includes, among other things, setting up the machines, documenting the parameters and approving them for prototypes, pilots and series.
You are the interface between development and production
You are the first point of contact for technical questions and problems and ensure compliance with quality and performance specifications
You increase the efficiency of our production processes (human, machine, process, environment, material) by selecting suitable methods
You control the process quality and suggest improvement measures
You occasionally supervise our international production sites
Training of new production employees (m/f/d)
You are responsible for the consistent compliance with security requirements in production of security documents
You see yourself as the person responsible for your projects

You have successfully completed a technical training (electronics, mechatronics or mechanics) and have ideally successfully completed further trainings (technician, master craftsman) or a successfully completed studies in the technical field
Your first experience as a process engineer (m/f/d) is desirable
Your high technical understanding of production factors and basics in quality management
Your interest in mechanical and electrical systems as well as in novel and future-oriented production concepts (Industry 4.0)
Your occasional willingness to travel internationally to our other production sites
Your good computer skills in MS-Office and ideally SAP knowledge
Your independent, self-reliant and systematic way of working
Your good language skills at English
