Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Management and coordination of employees in the quality department
  • Quality management according to the quality management system ISO 9001 and ISO 5001 standard
  • Continuous improvement, planning and management of internal and external audits
  • Solution of internal and external quality problems, discrepancies, complaints, document and propose measures to eliminate deficiencies
  • Responsibility for key indicators (KPI)
  • In accordance with the instructions of the company's management, ensure other operational and systematic activities in the area of the quality management system and general management of the company

Personality requirements and skills

• You have professional experience in quality department with initial management responsibility in the machinery industry
• You have entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as sovereign appearance and hands-on mentality
• You have good written and spoken German or English knowledge

Salary conditions

  • from 2 000 EUR/month
  • Your final salary will be justified according to your experience
