Location Leader Software Engineering (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Directly lead and coordinate the local software department at the Roding site
Control the economic and on-time development of complex and high-quality software
Support customer projects from acquisition to delivery
Close cooperation with other specialist departments together
Develop and design new software functionalities in coordination with the customers
Being available to our employees as an expert advisor

Successfully completed your studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable field of study
Good knowledge in high level language programming (e.g. C++ / C#)
Creativity and inventiveness in developing new solutions
High social competence, communication skills and persuasiveness
Experience in leading of cross-functional and international teams
High demands on the quality of the work as well as the solutions created
Several years of practical experience in software development would be an advantage
Good written and spoken English skills
