Your tasks:

You advise the administrative and operational business units as well as the management in all legal matters, in particular in general civil law, contract law, data protection law, corporate law and labor law
You draft, review and negotiate both national and international contracts
You attend court proceedings and attend court appointments
You identify, analyze and evaluate legal risks in a national and international context
You work intensively with consulting law firms at home and abroad

Your completed studies as a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) or business lawyer (m/f/d)
Your relevant professional experience (e.g. in the legal department of an international company or a law firm providing business advice)
Your ability to work under pressure, your readiness for action as well as your independent and solution-oriented way of working
Your confident and self-assured appearance
Your ability to communicate complex legal issues in a way that is appropriate for your target audience
Your very good command of written and spoken English
Your negotiating skills, your decisiveness and your ability to get to grips with difficult issues at short notice
