HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

You will conduct job interviews and selection interviews and negotiate employment contracts within the framework of the defined guidelines
You will look after and advise a defined group of managers and employees in the service area on all personnel management and labour law issues
You will independently handle individual personnel measures, such as contract amendments, secondments or similar in English and Swedish
You will accompany and support future employees in the visa process for Sweden
You are responsible for applying for ID06 cards for our employees
You will prepare payroll accounting and manage time management for a defined group of employees using SAP HR in accordance with Swedish law.
You are the contact person for both employees and managers regarding tax and social security regulations as well as questions about time management, payroll and travel expense accounting

You have a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on human resources management or similar studies
Your professional experience in human resources (desirable)
Your experience with the Swedish visa process (desirable)
Your analytical and conceptual skills
Your very good written and spoken English & Swedish
Your distinctive intercultural understanding as well as your high social competence
Your ability to work in a team, your strong communication skills, your flexibility and your high level of commitment
