Your tasks:

Acceptance and processing of malfunctions and technical inquiries by phone and email.
Providing technical advice to customers and finding solutions in cooperation with technical departments
Active communication with international customers
Planning and coordination of worldwide service missions
Technical support of service technicians and after sales service
Interface between technical department, service technician
and customers

Your completed technical training in the field of electronics, mechatronics, mechanics or a comparable field of expertise
Your desirable professional experience as a service employee or assembly technician
Your technical affinity and tact in dealing with customers
Your good written and spoken German and English skills
Your strong communication skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and your social competence
Your interest in occasional travel
