Technical Service Support (m/f/d)
- You are the contact person for the customer and service staff
- You will provide support for technical problems and product-specific inquiries
- You plan the assignments of service technicians
- You take over the spare parts management
- You carry out coordination with the specialist departments
- You observe the market, determine the demand and actively sell service products in cooperation with After Sales Service and Sales
- Your completed technical training in the field of electronics, mechatronics, mechanics or a comparable field of expertise
- Your professional experience as a service employee or assembly technician
- Your technical affinity and tact in dealing with customers
- Your readiness for 24/7 shift
- Your experience with SAP as well as MS Office would be an advantage
- Your good written and spoken German and English skills and your strong communication skills
- Your independent and responsible way of working
- Your high technical understanding
