Software Team Coordinator (m/f/d)
- Coordinate the development activities of an international team
- Organize and facilitate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
- Provide technical support to team members and help the development team achieve team objectives
- Analyze customer requirements in collaboration with the development team
- Develop and design software in the environment of MES / Industrie 4.0 solutions
- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study
- Your good knowledge of high-level language programming (e.g. Java / C#)
- Creativity and your inventiveness in developing new solutions
- Experience with agile methods (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
- High social competence, communication skills and persuasiveness
- High demand on the quality of the work and the resulting solutions
