Your tasks:

You are the contact person for the worldwide service hubs
You will provide support for technical problems and product specific requests via ticket system
You connect remotely to customer machines

Your completed technical education in the field of electronics, mechatronics, mechanics or a comparable field of expertise
Your existing technical basic knowledge in the field of IT and software
Your C# or C++ knowledge is an advantage
Your readiness for 24/7 shift
Your experience with SAP as well as MS Office would be an advantage
Your good written and spoken German and English skills and your strong communication skills
Your independent and responsible way of working
Your high technical understanding
