Head of Software Solutions (m/f/d)
- Taking care of proffessional growth of developers and team leaders
- Management & controlling of development teams
- Cooperation with other subsidiaries to bring the project to successful end
- Development of competences of the department
- Supervision over 3 small independent teams via their team leaders
- Build & Direct lead of 1 team responsible for Self Service Devices used mainly by national borders (especially eGates)
- Take the responsibility over the “Border Management Solution” software product (product development / project customization)
- Take part in different conferences related to Border management / Biometrics
- Analysis & Evaluation of tenders related to Border management altogether with the Technical team
- Cooperation with Sales by presentation of the product to possible customers
- Take the responsibility for the showroom of the company
- Goal oriented, initiative and responsible
- Team spirit, willingness to travel
- English language on communicative level (spoken, written)
- Ability to speak & understand developers
