Hotline Engineer / Teamleader Service for our new projects! (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

We are looking for a new colleague who will:

  • Answer calls / emails from customers (1st level support)
  • Online remote support if customers are having issues with the machine (1st level support)
  • Working together with our Sales team to sell our products
  • If Hotline can’t solve the issues escalate it to R&D (2nd Level support)
  • If 2nd level support can’t fix the issue schedule an expert to fly out to the client (3rd level support)
  • Schedule trips of the FSE to the customers. Make travel requests, work together with Travel Management
  • Manpower planning for all FSE in Nitra e.g. Service trips, trainings in house or at other MB locations, holiday planning
  • Make travel requests for the FSE / R&D people if they need to go to the customers
  • Check Service reports and travel claims and approve them before they go to the finance team

  • Escalation of topics internally, try to avoid customer escalation
  • Communicative level of English language (at least B2 - written and spoken)
  • Travel occasionally to customers and build good relationships
  • Communicative personality

  • from 2000€ - 2700€/month (brutto) - final salary will be based on your experience
